Pre- Appointment Checklist
Do not sign or date until you are in the presence of the notary.
Be sure all documents are completed and ready for signature-Do Not Sign/Date!
Every signer must be physically present, coherent and present acceptable ID.
Original documents must be presented for all Copy Certifications.
Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. Please bring witnesses with you as one will not be provided by the notary.

Faxed or copied signatures
Incomplete documents
Signer not present
Improper ID
Any action with an intent to deceive or defraud
Document containing a statement known by the notary to be false nor perform
Proof of Execution, etc.
